Method

Add the baby spinach leaves to the bowl and gently toss the mixture, allowing the residual heat from the potatoes to wilt the spinach slightly.
Next, add the traditional pesto to the bowl and toss again to coat the potato and spinach thoroughly in the delicious pesto sauce.
